    RTB Warranty

    RTB WARRANTY

    Our refurbished computer systems and laptops are covered by a Return to Base (RTB) warranty. That is, the customer is responsible for returning the equipment to our shop and collecting the equipment once it has been repaired. We can arrange for our courier to collect and return the faulty item at a cost of £25.00. The warranty covers parts and labour. Our standard RTB warranty is valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated. We do not sell items on a trial basis. We will not refund monies for goods that the buyer does not want due to the product not being a certain colour, shape, size etc. Items covered by our warranty that are considered faulty beyond repair will be replaced with a product of at least equal specification. Should a product be replaced, the warranty period will not extend beyond the original specified period. Our warranty does not cover:-

    • Software faults caused by the end user corrupting the operating system through misuse, installation of incompatible software etc.
    • Physical damage to the product as a result of an impact, liquid spillage, power surge or any similar activity.
    • Damage to the operating system or other software as a result of virus or spyware infection.
    • Laptop power batteries. All batteries supplied are second hand and may not hold a charge for the length of time as specified by the manufacturer when new. All batteries are guaranteed to hold a charge for at least 30 minutes.
